Although many people who use our services are seniors needing a little extra help to stay at home, we serve people of all ages. They are men, women and children needing help for many different reasons. Some of our clients need help with meal preparation, changing bed linens or running errands following an illness or surgery; others need long-term assistance due to aging, disability or a chronic medical condition. Family caregivers need relief, or respite, so that they can leave the house — and care of their loved one — with peace of mind. We tailor our services to your needs. Our caregivers provide bath visits, 24 hour care, and everything in between!
Professional Care Managers on staff
Families facing challenging situations — a new medical diagnosis, the declining condition of a loved one, or the effects of an illness or surgery — often don’t know where to turn. They may know they need help, but not know what is available – or how to pay for the services they need. Care Corner’s professional care management services can help. Services may be a one time visit with the family; ongoing responsibility for coordinating appointments, or regularly scheduled client visits with telephone follow up to the family.
